Intellectual property rights related to content generated by this App's AI functionality (hereinafter "Generated Content") belong to the Developer. Users may use Generated Content solely for personal entertainment purposes, and the following activities are prohibited:

Commercial use of Generated Content
Redistribution, sale, or transfer of Generated Content
Modification or processing of Generated Content
Creation of derivative works using Generated Content

5.3 User Content

Rights to content created by users using this App (excluding Generated Content) belong to the respective users. However, users grant the Developer the right to use such content for the purpose of improving this Service free of charge.

6. Disclaimer

The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of this App.

6.1 Service Provision

The Developer does not guarantee the continuous provision of this App. The App's features, service content, and specifications may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

6.2 Content Accuracy

The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of content generated by this App. The Developer assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the use of Generated Content.

6.3 Technical Issues

The Developer assumes no responsibility for technical issues, data loss, system failures, or other problems arising from the use of this App.

6.4 Third-Party Services

The Developer assumes no responsibility for issues related to third-party services (such as AI generation services) used by this App.

6.5 Limitation of Damages

The Developer's liability under these Terms is limited to direct damages, and the Developer assumes no responsibility for indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, or punitive damages. Additionally, the amount of damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for this App.

7. Service Changes and Termination

Self-responsibility for damages arising from the use of this App

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.

10.2 Jurisdiction

In the event of disputes regarding these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
